That's been around for a while now. It's a "fanimutation," which is an Animutation, except it's made by someone aside from the creator of the style, Neil Cicierega. An animutation is, basically, what Yatta (Irrational Exuberance) is- a weird, random music video set to strange foreign music.
I've noticed that for some reason, a lot of people find Yatta funny, even if they don't think the originals are. I guess it's because the style in general is largely absurdist, and Yatta throws in a few jokes that vaguely sane people can understand.
