  3. Got a chance to see Fela and Egypt 80 perform in my city many years ago and loved him. Would you happen to have the words to any of his songs? Fela was well loved and is still missed by his fans of which I am a big one.

  8. I love Felas music, I don't know…it has this timeless quality to it…it puts me in another place…the layers of rhythems, percussion and instruments…fantastic. I am having trouble finding the lyrics. If anyone could e-mail me the lyrics to Shakara, expensive shit or he miss road, I would greatly appreciate it. Peace

  9. i'd email the lyrics to expensive shit and he miss road, but i did that for wilson and got no response.

    so it would seem you have to do this: buy the digital re-issue of Expensive Shit. it has lyrics/translations and "meanings" inside the liner booklet.

    Expensive Shit is double-released with He Miss Road
