I had some code that compiled with no problems in CodeWarrior, but in Project builder I got the error:

no matching function for call to `Connection::GetConnectionType ()'

Turns out I had another copy of Connection.h in the wrong directory, which shouldn’t have been there. The IDE was using the path of the correct copy, which had that function added, but the compiler didn’t use the same include path, so it was using the one in the current directory. Deleting that copy fixed the problem.

Watching the melt-down of “Take Back Miami-Dade” is like a train wreck or the Anna Nicole Smith show. Even as they’re proven liars they claim their campaign is energized & they still think they’re going to win. Every major politician has spoken out against them.

Today Unsanity announced a “haxie” to get rid of the brushed metal appearance. Shortly after MacHack, “Adam Atlas” showed me a hack he was working on that does the same thing. I asked him about it and he said “they stole my idea”.

If Unsanity thinks “he’s just a kid” and they can rip him off, they’re very wrong. Adam is one of the most brilliant young programmers I know & he made a big impression on everyone at MacHack.
