South Beach Diet

I just bought the South Beach Diet book. I plan to start the first phase after Memorial Day. For the last few months I’ve been working out at the gym at least 3-4 times a week and everyone is already starting to notice. I’ve lost about 8 pounds with exercise alone and I’d like to lose another 8.
